How to Get to the St. Louis Science Center

The Science Center campus is located around the southeast corner of Forest Park , one mile East of the Zoo.

Due to main lobby construction, our main entrance has been relocated to the Exploradome: The inflated building just West of the Science Center 's
main building.

To access our public parking from Highway 40/I-64:
Exit South on Kingshighway then immediately go right on Oakland for half a block. Make a left at the boulevard just before the Science Center 's
main building. Follow half a block until you come to a dead end. Turn right and follow the signs for Public Parking.

To access our public parking from Highway 44:
Exit North on Hampton
for almost a mile, then go right at the light on Oakland for a mile. Turn right just past the Science Center 's main building.
Follow half a block until you come to a dead end. Turn right and follow the signs for Public Parking.

Parking

Parking is available in the Science Center 's Public Parking lot behind the main building off 5050 Oakland Ave.

Cost is $7/day.
Limited free parking is available on nearby streets and in Forest Park , adjacent to the Science Center 's James S. McDonnell Planetarium.
